1. Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. Generally, the recommended temperature is about 70-90 ℃, as excessive heat can permanently damage the hair.

2. Our wig product is not suitable for dyeing due to the lack of hair cuticles to retain color for long periods. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

3. Steps to wear the wig: a. Gently comb with a wide-tooth comb; b. Put on the wig cap; c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle; d. Secure the wig in place.

4. Cleaning and care for the wig: Detangle the hair with a wide-tooth comb; use shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

5. Shedding and tangling issues: All wigs may shed and tangle slightly, especially when worn for the first time, which is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root to prevent shedding and tangling. (Tip: Curly wigs are best combed with fingers)

6. Hairstyle and color variations: All wigs are hand-trimmed, so slight differences in hairstyle may occur between batches. Restyle the wig to your preference. Colors may vary due to computer or cell phone monitor settings, but we make every effort to accurately represent colors in our products.
